Rawafid Data is operated by ABDULAZIZ ABDULLAH M ODAH, a registered freelancer in Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle through this website and through our WhatsApp Business number (+966 13 850 7356).

What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp phone number, when you are added to one of our messaging lists or contact us.
• Your replies to our WhatsApp messages (for example, whether you will attend an event).
• Messages or emails you send us directly.

How we use it

• To send you the messages you agreed to receive, such as event invitations and reminders.
• To record your replies and share attendance counts with the event organiser.
• To respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Names, numbers and replies are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. Only the operator has access.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on a messaging list, and delete it within 30 days of your request to be removed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to stop messaging you, or to see, correct or delete your information. Reply "stop" on WhatsApp, or email [email protected].
